In its 41st year the Annual New York Village’s Halloween Parade is the best way to show off your Halloween costume.
Dress to impress as secret scouts scour the parade for the best costumes with great prizes to be won. Only people in costumes can take part in the parade, but with so much to see, you can have just as much fun watching the parade instead!
