I couldn’t be more excited for Spring clean after enduring a super cold winter. This month is all about renewal and rejuvenation which is why I like begin Spring with an Enzyme Peel mask by The Organic Pharmacy which makes my skin velvety smooth (I use it 3 times a week in the evenings usually). Vitamin C is an amazing natural brightener and this mask works excellently as a quick pick me up for grey, winter complexions. Volumizing and creating a bouncy lift for your hair is also another Spring essential. Christophe Robin has an amazing Volumizing Shampoo, Mist and Conditioner line which works wonders! Of course no Spring routine would be complete without beauty sleep. It’s difficult to get a deep sleep living in the city as I’m super sensitive to light so my Slip silk sleep mask ensures a rejuvenating, uninterrupted sleep.
In warmer temperatures I try to focus a lot more on my skincare routine, and only using a minimal amount of foundation if I have to. My Mac Studio Body and Face foundation is the perfect lightweight base to create a glowing, dewy finish. I’m also really enjoying playing around with more romantic pinky hues, my Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic is the perfect pigment to create a natural, rosy blush on my cheeks. Finish off the romantic look with a quick DIY mani-pedi using Essie Spaghetti Strap nail polish and a light kiss of Victoria’s Secret Lip Gloss.
