The MC Yoga Guide

As mothers, often the hardest part of practicing yoga is finding the time to come to your mat. In our very busy lives we often tend to neglect ourselves. Use yoga as a gift to yourself, take some time to slow down and remember what is important to you.

With so many different styles of yoga to try, challenge yourself and try something new. Hot yoga is wonderful for a great detox, while you can slow things down with a gentle Yin yoga or step it up with a high intensity Vinyasa class. It all depends on what you’re looking to achieve personally.

Below are my favorite studios in London and Los Angeles. Whatever the class, they will help you to understand the importance of connecting the breath with the body and mind. B.K.S Iyengar was quoted as saying, “Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim. The better your practice, the brighter the flame.”
