Do you ever walk into the beauty section and feel completely overwhelmed? Who knew there were so many skincare battles to fight? From anti-aging and acne to blemishes and brightening… it can all get a bit overwhelming.
I keep getting countless inquires from you, confused and wondering what products I use in my daily skincare routine. So I’m excited to kick off this weeks article with some of my tried and true – favorite beauty products.
DAILY ROUTINE: My morning and evening routine are always the same. I scrub, wash and moisturize my face with The Lancer Method. A 3 – step daily skincare routine through polishing, cleansing and nourishing. The Polish removes surface debris while infusing my skin with oxygen to make it more radiant and smooth. The cleanser gently removes all daily impurities and balances pH levels so it can receive Nourish. Nourish boosts my skin’s cell function with a potent anti-aging moisturizer.
If I am in a hurry or trying to remove stubborn make up and mascara, I use Neutrogena Make Up Remover Cleaning Towelettes. Which leaves little to no residue without the need for water.
After cleansing my skin, but before moisturizing I use the three little serums by Glossier, The Super Pack. These potent and fast absorbing treatment serums for your face have my skin covered. Every night I change from Super Glow with vitamin c to brighten, to Super Bounce with Hyaluronic acid to plump skin and Super Pure with Zinc to help blemishes.
Every other day and after a few drops of serum, I moisturize with VITAMIN C: Dr. Lancer Advanced Radiance Treatment. A vitamin C and retinol cream that helps boost my skin’s radiance by brightening skin tone and lessening the appearance of UV damage.
EYES: At night my two favorite products to treat and care for my eyes are Dr Lancer – Eye Contour Lifting Cream. A triple-action eye treatment powered by Dr. Lancer’s Pro-Youth Complex to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles and loss of elasticity. As well as Noni Radiant Eye Oil, an organic eye treatment formulated to smooth, tone and brighten the eye area for a youthful and radiant appearance. I love the beautiful and unique rose quartz roller ball applicator.
When I need a little extra help under my eyes from sleepless nights (normally from sick kids or jetlag) I can de puff and energize tired eyes with the help of Milk Cooling Water or I can replenish and rejuvenate my eyes in just 15 minutes with Talika Resuable Eye Therapy Patches.
LIPS: For years I’ve been using C.o. Bigelow Mentha Tinted Lip Balm, in magenta mint and plum mint. Their mint-infused lip deliver high-shine, a hint-of-color and a super cooling sensation with a great moisturizing formula.
TOOLS: For Christmas my sister Alex gave me a Nurse Jamie Uplift Massaging Beauty Roller. I’m addicted to this little beauty tool wonder, it has a rare hexagon shape that was designed with 24 massaging stones to temporarily energize, enhance and revive my skin.
I recently found these fantastic round Korean sponges that come in different colors according to skin type (oily, dry, sensitive etc.) My favorite is the Dew Puff Bamboo Charcoal Konjac Sponge, which helps to prevent breakouts, plus has antioxidants to fight acne-causing bacteria. I like to pair my charcoal sponge with cleansing milk by Dr Hauschka.
SUPPLEMENTS: I was recently turned onto Kora’s Noni Glow Skinfood Supplement Pack. A daily dose of potent and nutrient dense superfood supplements to support your beauty and wellness. Just mix with water or nut milk.
For hair I highly recommend Nutrafol for Women. All-natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and adaptogens that address stress and inflammation, so hair follicles can grow healthy and strong. These hair health powerhouse pills improve thinning hair and kick-start strands to grow in about 3 – 6 months.
